How do the three plans work?
They stack. Care is the base — the care dashboard, your people and teams, imports, and the mobile app. Care + Communicate adds team and direct messaging. Everything adds training: your own courses, pathways, and weekly Huddles, plus early access to a growing ready-made library. Each plan includes everything in the one before it.
Can I buy Care on its own?
Yes. Care is a complete, standalone plan — many churches will start there to shepherd their people, then add Communicate or Train later.
Is Volunteer Circle open yet?
We're in early access, onboarding churches in waves. Join the early-access list and we'll reach out to get your church set up — and you can start free before you ever pay.
How does pricing scale?
Your price is based on how many volunteers you care for. Pick the size that fits; you can move up a tier anytime as you grow.
What counts toward my volunteer count?
Every volunteer you add. Admins and staff who manage the system don't count toward your limit.
Can I import from my church software?
Yes. Connect Planning Center, Church Community Builder, Breeze, or Rock directly, or import from any other system with a simple spreadsheet. Imports are one-way and read-only — we never change your church software's data.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes — a native app for iOS and Android (plus an installable web app) is included on every plan, for leaders and volunteers alike.
Is my church's data private?
Completely. Your information stays yours — separate, secure, and never mixed with anyone else's. Role-based visibility means leaders only see the people they lead.
